Everyone here is always super nice. But today when I went there was this one lady iv never seen before. She was older and my husband get me a drink and my dog a pup cup well she forgot the pup cup and asked if we where waiting for something and my husband said yes a pup cup. She said well maybe you should have ordered it at the speaking when that’s what we did. I don’t know her name all I know is she is very rude and Iv never seen her there before. other than her it’s a great Starbucks
Want to share this details about this location. Want to say Mr. D is such a sweetheart. Always smiling when I come thru drive-thru even when he hands me the drinks always with a smile. He makes sure I have plenty of napkins because I have three kids and they make a mess. Just love his customer service!!
The staff at this Starbucks is extremely friendly—and while I know many Starbucks locations have great service, this one is outstandingly friendly. I genuinely felt like I was at a spa coffee shop rather than a typical café. One lady in particular went above and beyond by checking on me several times while I was there. Since one of the items in my order was going to take longer, she kindly offered me an extra beverage for the inconvenience, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. You can truly tell that happy, professional people work at this location. Their care and attentiveness made my visit exceptional. The entire time I was there the same customer service was delivered to the other customers!! Way to go Starbucks 💕👌. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
